Things to consider before getting into genealogy research
1. Are you willing to devote the time it takes?
2. Does your family support your work?
3. Do you have good eyesight?
4. Are you willing to travel?
5. Are you willing to accept whatever you find?
(affairs--children out of wedlock i.e.)
6. Do you have the extra money for this hobby?
Sometimes the costs of gas and the cost of
document copies, food, and maybe lodging
can make for a rather costly outing.
These are some things that I think you should
consider before jumping in (1. consider the time
that you are taking away from your family)
